Plan #2 With 1 Additional System At Same Address
TERMS & CONDITIONS By
selecting our maintenance agreement, customer agrees to the following terms:
1) The effective period of this poan shall be for (1)
year commencing from January 15th to January 15th of each year, and are subject to our approval of your HVAC equipment. 2) This plan covers only those services as
specified in our brochure, for HVAC equipment only. 3) Any person or company other than Nick Badame Refrigeration employees rendering repairs or adjustments to
the equipment, except as instructed by Nick Badame Refrigeration Co. will void this contract! 4) This plan does not cover water leaks, water damage, or damage
caused by your HVAC equipment. 5)
Nick Badame Refrigeration Co. shall not be liable for any condition causing delay or failure to provide service under this
plan, if such delay results from-labor strike, acts of nature, utility supply shortages, inability to gain access to property,
improperly set thermostat, suppliers inability to provide parts, frozen pipes, broken pipes, floods, or extreme weather conditions! 6) Nick Badame Refrigeration Co. under this
plan is limited to services specified and shall not be liable for any consequential damages in any way, and limited to amount
of contract. 7) This plan
shall be automatically renewed upon prompt payment unless concelled by either party in writing, prior to the expiration date. 8) This contract is not transferable. 9) Normal service hours are Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays. All other times are considered overtime.
