By choosing one of the three plans, you can keep your HVAC system(s) running properly, minimizing breakdowns. These plans don't guarantee any equipment but are merely a maintenance of the existing equipment you have. Plan 1 Gas Heat and Central Air Tune-Up Combo

• Two tune-ups per contract period (Spring and Fall)
  
• Same-day service for contract holders
  
• Inspect heat exchanger and test for carbon monoxide leaks
• Safety check of all operating controls and limits
• Inspect and lubricate all motors
• Clean or replace return air filters
• Test and calibrate thermostats
• Clean outdoor condenser coil
• Clean and inspect condensate drain lines
• Check Freon level and add up to 1 pound of refrigerant gas
• Replace thermostat batteries 1 x per year
• This plan comes with automatic scheduling
• Special discount rate for equipment purchases

Labor Protection

• All labor for one year to be covered at no cost during normal business hours (Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm), excluding holidays (all other times at normal overtime rate)
• Priority service for contract customers
• Contract customers come first
• 20% discount on all parts
• Special discount rate for equipment purchases
